Responsibilities

• Cell culture 및 Orbitrap MS(mass spectrometer) 샘플 준비
• 시료 전처리 (Cell culture, 약물처리, protein extraction 및 digestion)
• 질량분석(Orbitrap)에 기반한 chemoproteomics 연구
• 질량분석기 및 liquid chromatography 장비운영 및 관리

Qualifications

• 기존의 Biology 관련 전공자로서 12개월이상 cell culture 연구를 수행하신 분
• 다양한 실험경험으로 pipetting이 능숙하신 분
• Multichannel pipette 사용이 능숙하신 분
• 기기분석 경험(liquid chromatography 및 TOF나 Orbitrap 질량분석기)
• 시료전처리 경험(각종 cell culture 및 proteomics와 연관된 in vitro 실험 경험)
• 질량분석에 기반한 Chemical 정성 및 정량 연구 경험

Preferred Qualifications

• 기존 biology 관련 전공자로서 bioinformatics 연구를 수행하신 분
• 관련분야 학위(석/박사)소지자
• Orbitrap 질량분석기에 의한 shotgun proteomics 연구 경험자
• TMT, SILAC 등의 labeling 전처리 경험자
• Proteomics 관련 분석 software 사용 경험자
• 그외의 biochemistry 기반 실험 경험
